Free Building Consultation
A free building consultation (usually on site) to listen to your ideas and wishes and to establish whether we can help you to achieve them.
Step 2
Concept Plans
These initial drawings, carried out by your architect (or ours), get down on paper your raw ideas and home personality. Concept plans usually provide us with enough information to give an estimate of the costs involved.
Step 3
Construction Plans
These plans give full detail and scope of all work required. They also capture all the choices and ideas you have made so far. Using these plans we can provide a more accurate estimate of the project cost and apply for a building consent.
Step 4
Final Quotation/Estimation
Once you’re happy the plans represent your new dream home we will prepare a final estimate/quote of costs. Depending on the project this will either be a fixed price or a cost-plus price.
Step 5
Signing the Building Contract and Master Build Guarantee
Finally all the planning is completed and a Building Contract and Master Build Guarantee are signed. You can now relax as we manage the construction of your dream home.
Step 6
The Construction Phase
Sit back and enjoy watching your site develop into a beautiful home for your family to live. We’ll keep you updated with site meetings, emails, and phone calls, as well as taking photos as the building progresses.
Step 7
Completion
On completion, we’ll give you your 10 year Master Build Guarantee along with a bottle of champagne to celebrate the first night in your new home. On top of that, we’ll provide you with a extended 90 day maintenance period to ensure everything is as it should be in your new home.
