James has been building for 31 years. He is a traditional master carpenter and joiner who did his building trade on the romantic Jersey Island off the coast of France. In early 1987 James immigrated to New Zealand and has been building and renovating homes for discerning clients ever since. His specialty areas are complex renovations including heritage buildings, detailed new builds whether within a historic precinct or a newly developed area, as well expertise in critical path planning, project implementation, and project management.
As a traditional carpenter and joiner, James has a passion for giving new life to heritage and character homes, often involving special design features that require a builder who has the expertise to address a range of architectural complexities. Designer new homes are an area of many years of experience both here in New Zealand and abroad. James works closely with clients to create spaces for living that enhance lifestyles, taking special care to provide a fully integrated service from initial concept design to complete construction.
James has created a culture of excellent workmanship within Euroconstruction including the top quality subcontractors that he engages. He builds with care and precision, reflecting his total commitment to his clients and their vision for their project.
